Dear Mr. Falleri

Between your schedule and mine, I doubt that we will ever find a way to end the round of phone tag that we have been playing. As you may know, I am an attorney who represents the Goulds. I am hoping that you can provide me with the zoning code section that is the basis for the alleged violation against them. I would also like a copy of the complaint.

My understanding is that Barbara has provided, in great detail, an accounting of their endeavors, and that these fit within acceptable zoning definitions.

I can assure you that when the Goulds were located here, there was never an issue of health-related concerns. They have an excellent record, as the result of their conscientiousness.
