Another Falleri Letter
An excerpt from a letter to our attorney at the time

(Letter From Alan Falleri (excerpts therefrom) to Tracey Westerhausen)

Date 10/4/99

"Our department has not taken any official position at this time relative to whether or not the Goulds operation is or is not in violation of the County Code. Dale Hawley is attempting to schedule an inspection of the goulds property to assist us in making a final determination regarding zoning consistence. Up until this point in time, I have made only a preliminary finding that the Gould's operation is not in compliance with zoning regulations based on the information that has been available to me. A final determination will be made only after Mr. Hawley has been able to complete an inspection of the property and he and I have a chance to discuss the matter with our Director, Raymond Hall. .....

As I explained in my previous letter, our final determination can be appealed according to the provisions of administrative Appeals set forth in Section 20.312.015 of the Mendocino County Code. etc.....
